  You would think as expensive as they are they would have decent bathrooms for their customers. You are ignored by employees and they are always too busy to help. I bought printer a few months back and asked for help 4 times before I could get someone to assist me and he was rude when helping. Came back today because this location is close to my house and nothing has changed. Is not like the store is full and is hard to get to you.

  They WILL waste your time at this place. Terrible customer service. Told me the only way to print something was through email but there’s almost no signal in this store and the wifi SUCKS!!! But then i find out AN HOUR LATER that i can login to my drive on their computer and print it through there.. unbelievably upset. Never going back here.

  I was at the copy center yesterday and the women behind the register really created a very hostile business environment. As I was waiting for my job to be completed, she was having a conversation with the customer in front of me. They were both having a pleasant conversation until she started saying things like “We have to get rid of our President.” “I have 5 kids and I’m raisin’ them up to get rid of him.” The customer stopped talking and quickly left. I was shocked that a business would allow their employees to be so openly hostile to the President of the United States and to half of the US population who support him and our country. I will not return to this store.
