  Huge issue with the deli at lunch time. Constantly 1 person running a sandwich line with 10 people in it. It takes 45 minutes to get a sub at times which is ridiculous. Sometimes youll get a 2nd person making subs for about 10 minutes then they mysteriously dissapear to somewhere in the back, never to be seen again. Simply have 3 people glued to the sandwich station from 11a to 2p and tell them "your job for the next 3 hours is to make lunch. Do not move from this spot". Bonus star for the finished product. Love the food.
